The queue

/queue — the reviews waiting for attention across the account, so work can be picked up without going merchant by merchant.

Ordering

Active work first — in_progress, escalated, then open — and most recently updated within that, with an id tiebreak so two reviews touched in the same instant cannot swap places between pages.

Merchant, review purpose and status, assignee, and how long it has been sitting. The action button opens the review.

Filters

Narrow by status and assignee to answer the two questions this page exists for: what is mine and what is nobody's.

What it is not

The queue lists reviews, not merchants. An entity with no review does not appear here however much work it needs — that lives on the entities list under intake state.
